He knew at an early age that he was called to preach the Gospel of Jesus the Christ. He accepted his call in 2007.
Pastor Zach at the age of thirteen was licensed as a Local Preacher at St. James on July 20, 2008. In 2012, at the Michigan-Indiana Region Annual Conference, he received his Traveling Deacon’s orders and was appointed by Bishop Paul A.G. Under his leadership the church demolished it’s condemned educational building, invested over $100,000 in renovations/worship enhancements and grew in membership, finance & community outreach. Pastor Zach is presently a Traveling Elder in Full Connection within the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and currently serves as the proud pastor of the Rebirth Christian Methodist Episcopal Church of Saint Louis, MO. Rebirth CME Church is the product of two historic congregations who determined through the God given vision of Pastor Zach and the support of episcopal leadership that they were “Better Together”. In August 2019 the Jamison Memorial and Parrish-Stewart CME Churches merged to cultivate a new, vibrant and more effective ministry within downtown Saint Louis, MO. Since the merger Rebirth has begun to make an even greater impact in the community at large and is in the process of Building the “Jamison-Parrish Event Center” for even greater community involvement.
